Welcome to Skynz. This Shopping Policy outlines everything you need to know about purchasing skincare and beauty products from our online store at www.skynz.skin. We are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers across Australia. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in this Shopping Policy. This policy should be read together with our Return & Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, all of which are available on our website.
2. Ordering & Checkout
2.1 Browsing & Selecting Products
Our website provides detailed product descriptions, ingredient lists, skin type suitability, and usage instructions to help you make informed purchases. Product images are as accurate as possible; however, colours may vary slightly due to screen display settings. We recommend reading the product description and ingredients carefully before purchasing, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. 2.2 Placing Your Order
To place an order:
- Add the desired product(s) to your cart
- Review your cart and apply any discount or subscription codes (if applicable)
- Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details
- Select your preferred shipping option
- Choose your payment method and complete the transaction
- You will receive an Order Confirmation email, keep this for your records
2.3 Order Confirmation
An automated Order Confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon successful placement of your order. This email serves as acknowledgement that we have received your order. It does not constitute acceptance of the order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and a Shipping Confirmation email is issued. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your junk/spam folder or contact us at subscription@skynz.skin.
2.4 Order Amendments
Once an order has been placed, changes (such as adding or removing items, or changing the delivery address) can only be accommodated within 12 hours of order placement, and only if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch. To request a change, contact us immediately at subscription@skynz.skin with your order number.

3. Pricing & Discounts
3.1 Product Pricing
All prices displayed on the Skynz website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10%, unless stated otherwise. Skynz reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
3.2 Promotional Discounts & Coupon Codes
Skynz may offer promotional discounts, seasonal sales, or coupon codes from time to time. Discount codes can be entered in the discount field at checkout on our Shopify-powered store. The following conditions apply to all promotions:
- Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated
- Discount codes must be entered at checkout — they cannot be applied retrospectively to a completed order
- Discount codes are not applicable to subscription orders unless explicitly stated in the promotion
- Promotional prices apply only for the duration of the specified promotion period
- Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
- Skynz reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time
- Codes with no monetary value to the transaction will have no effect and cannot be banked for future use

3.3 Price Errors
While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy on our website, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatching your order to advise of the correct price and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
3.4 GST & Tax Invoices
A tax invoice inclusive of GST is automatically generated with every order confirmation. If you require a separate tax invoice for business purposes, please contact us at subscription@skynz.skin with your order number.
4. Payment Methods
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Skynz accepts the following payment methods at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shop, our trusted payment gateway, integrated with our Shopify-powered store:
- Debit cards — Visa and Mastercard
- Credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay (Shopify's accelerated checkout — save your details for faster future purchases)
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Skynz does not store your full card details on our servers — payment data is handled entirely by Shop and Shopify's secure infrastructure.
4.2 Shop Payment Processing
Skynz uses Shop as its primary payment processor. Shop is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway, which is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. Your card information is encrypted and transmitted directly to Shop — Skynz never has access to your full card number, CVV, or sensitive payment details. By completing a purchase on our website, you also agree to Shop's terms of service, available at shop.com/au/legal.
4.3 Shop Pay
Shop Pay is Shopify's accelerated checkout option. If you choose to use Shop Pay, your shipping and payment details are securely stored by Shopify to speed up future purchases. Shop Pay may also offer an installment payment option — if this is available and you choose to use it, separate terms and conditions from Shopify/Shop Pay will apply. Skynz is not responsible for any installment arrangements made through Shop Pay.
4.4 Subscription Payments
If you sign up for a Skynz subscription, your nominated payment method will be charged automatically on your selected billing cycle (e.g. weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). By subscribing, you authorise Skynz to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is paused or cancelled. You will receive a notification email prior to each renewal charge. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Skynz account or by contacting us at subscription@skynz.skin.
4.5 Payment Security
We take the security of your payment information seriously. Our checkout is hosted on Shopify and processed via Shop, both of which use SSL/TLS encryption and comply with PCI-DSS standards. If you notice any unauthorised transactions related to a Skynz purchase, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately and notify us at subscription@skynz.skin.
4.6 Payment Failure
If your payment fails or is declined at checkout, your order will not be placed. Please check your payment details and try again, or contact your bank or payment provider for assistance. For subscription payments that fail, we will attempt to retry the charge and notify you by email to update your payment details. If the issue persists, reach out to us at subscription@skynz.skin.
4.7 Currency
All prices and transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are accessing our website from outside Australia, your bank or payment provider may apply foreign currency conversion fees — these are outside our control and are your responsibility.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Shipping Coverage
Skynz delivers to all states and territories within Australia, including remote and regional areas. We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
5.2 Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During promotional events or peak periods, processing times may be extended — we will notify customers of any significant delays via email.
5.3 Shipping Options & Costs
The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Standard shipping is complimentary on every Skynz order, regardless of order value. If you require faster delivery, Express Shipping is available and the cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and parcel weight. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high parcel volumes, weather events, or Australia Post disruptions beyond our control.
5.4 Australia Post — Our Delivery Partner
Skynz partners exclusively with Australia Post for all deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, it enters the Australia Post network and is subject to their delivery terms and conditions. For more information about Australia Post services and delivery standards, visit auspost.com.au. Subscription orders are also fulfilled through Australia Post on your scheduled delivery cycle.
5.5 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
5.6 Delivery Address Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Skynz is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us by Australia Post due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery — additional Express Shipping charges may apply if standard re-delivery is not available.
5.7 Undeliverable Parcels & Safe Drop
Australia Post may deliver your parcel using their Safe Drop service, leaving it in a secure location at your address. If Safe Drop is not possible, a card will be left for collection from your nearest Post Office. Skynz is not liable for parcels left at the delivery address under Australia Post's Safe Drop service. Parcels not collected within the holding period will be returned to Skynz.
6. Cancellations
6.1 Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for dispatch. To cancel, contact us immediately at subscription@skynz.skin with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request".
6.2 After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item(s), you may return them in accordance with our Return & Terms and Conditions policy once they are delivered.
6.3 Cancellation by Skynz
Skynz reserves the right to cancel any order in the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock or no longer available
- A pricing error was identified on the product
- Suspected fraudulent activity or payment verification failure
- The delivery address is outside our serviceable area
In the event that Skynz cancels your order, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6.4 Refund for Cancellations
Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Subscription
7.1 What is a Skynz Subscription?
Skynz offers a subscription service that allows you to receive your favourite skincare and beauty products automatically on a recurring schedule — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly — without needing to re-order each time. Subscribing ensures you never run out of your essentials and may include exclusive subscriber pricing or benefits where applicable.
7.2 Setting Up a Subscription
To subscribe to a product, select the subscription option on the product page and choose your preferred delivery frequency. You will need a registered Skynz account and a valid saved payment method to activate a subscription. By subscribing, you authorise Skynz to charge your payment method automatically on each scheduled renewal date.
7.3 Subscription Billing
Subscription charges are processed via Shop through our Shopify store on your selected billing cycle. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal charge so you have time to make changes if needed. The price charged will be the current subscription price at the time of renewal. Skynz will provide reasonable notice if subscription pricing changes.
7.4 Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your Skynz account, including:
- Changing your delivery frequency
- Swapping to a different product variant
- Updating your delivery address or payment method
- Pausing your subscription for a period of time
- Cancelling your subscription
Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for the upcoming order. To make changes, log in to your account or contact us at subscription@skynz.skin.
7.5 Pausing & Cancelling a Subscription
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee, provided you do so before your next billing date. If a charge has already been processed for an upcoming order, that order will be fulfilled and the cancellation will take effect from the following billing cycle. To cancel, log into your Skynz account or email subscription@skynz.skin.
7.6 Subscription Discounts
Promotional discount codes are generally not applicable to subscription orders unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Subscriber-specific discounts or benefits, where offered, will be applied automatically at checkout and are non-transferable.
7.7 Subscription Shipping
All subscription orders are shipped via Australia Post on Standard Shipping at no charge. If you wish to upgrade a subscription delivery to Express Shipping, please contact us at subscription@skynz.skin before your next billing date.
7.8 Failed Subscription Payments
If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge and notify you by email. Your subscription will be paused if payment cannot be collected after retry attempts. To avoid interruption to your subscription, please ensure your payment details are kept up to date in your account.
8. Customer Accounts
8.1 Creating an Account
While you can check out as a guest, we encourage you to create a Skynz customer account to enjoy a faster checkout experience, order history tracking, and access to exclusive member offers. To create an account, click "Register" on our website and follow the prompts.
8.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Please ensure you:
- Use a strong, unique password for your Skynz account
- Do not share your login details with others
- Log out of your account after use, especially on shared devices
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
Skynz is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

8.4 Loyalty & Rewards (Where Applicable)
Skynz may operate a loyalty or rewards programme for registered customers. Details of any such programme, including how to earn and redeem points, will be communicated via our website and email newsletter. Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
8.5 Account Suspension or Termination
Skynz reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer account if we detect fraudulent activity, misuse of promotions, or a breach of our policies. If your account is suspended or terminated, any associated loyalty points or credits may be forfeited. You will be notified where possible.
8.6 Deleting Your Account
If you wish to close your Skynz account, please contact us at subscription@skynz.skin. Please note that deleting your account does not affect any active orders or your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. While we endeavour to keep our website stock levels accurate, items can occasionally sell out between the time you add them to your cart and complete checkout. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or the option to wait for restocking where applicable. Skynz may discontinue products at any time without notice. Discontinued products will be removed from our website as soon as practicable.
