At SKYNZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our voluntary store policy.
1. Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window on all eligible purchases, in addition to your rights under the ACL.
1.1 Eligibility Criteria
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Product must be unused and unopened — sachets intact, original packaging
• In original resaleable condition with all included items
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used sachets (for hygiene reasons)
• Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow instructions
• Products outside the 30-day window unless an ACL remedy applies
• Items marked as final sale or gift-with-purchase
2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
• Goods must be of acceptable quality
• Goods must match their description
• Goods must be fit for any particular purpose made known to us
These rights apply regardless of our store policy and cannot be waived.
3. How to Initiate a Return
1. Email subscription@skynz.skin with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorisation and instructions
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
4. Ship to: 60 Kingston Boulevard, Hoppers Crossing VIC 3029
5. Email us your tracking details once dispatched
We recommend using a tracked postage service. SKYNZ is not responsible for items lost in return transit unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product fault.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping cost
• Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent product: SKYNZ covers return shipping
• ACL-based returns: SKYNZ covers return shipping in all cases
5. Refund Processing
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Shop Pay
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns
• Express shipping fees are non-refundable
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange, please return the eligible item and place a new order on www.skynz.skin.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at subscription@skynz.skin and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping charges.
