We want your SKYNZ order to arrive quickly and safely. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we ship across Australia.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all states and territories within Australia only. We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse at Hoppers Crossing, Victoria.
2. Order Cut-Off & Dispatch Times
•      Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST Monday – Friday: dispatched same business day
•      Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST, or on weekends and public holidays: dispatched next business day
•      Standard processing time: 1–2 business days before dispatch
Note: During peak periods or promotional events, dispatch may take up to 2 additional business days. We will communicate any significant delays by email.

Express Shipping Cost — Calculated at Checkout Express shipping rates are calculated in real time based on your delivery postcode and displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address. Rates are determined by Australia Post based on your location. Standard shipping remains FREE on all orders Australia-wide. |
Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times.
4. Order Tracking
All orders include parcel tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. Track your parcel at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app.
5. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. SKYNZ is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at subscription@skynz.skin as soon as possible.
6. Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Parcels
•      If no one is available to receive the parcel, Australia Post will leave a collection card
•      The parcel will be held at your nearest Post Office for 10 business days
•      Unclaimed parcels returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping charge
•      Re-delivery of a returned parcel will require a new shipping payment
7. Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
1.    Check your tracking number at auspost.com.au
2.    Check with your local Post Office
3.    Contact us at subscription@skynz.skin with your order number if still unresolved
SKYNZ will lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf. If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
For parcels that arrive damaged, please email us with clear photographs within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a remedy promptly.
8. Public Holidays
SKYNZ does not dispatch orders on Victorian or national public holidays. Orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.
